Internal audits
Internal audits are focused on the processes in your organization, whether or not these are gathered in a quality management system. Audit observations help you answer questions such as: “does our management system provide us with the information we need to control our organization?” and “are we really focused on the customer satisfaction?”
SAM QA performs a brief analysis to see if your processes are auditable en which type of audit will provide you with the desired information. The lead auditor will be accompanied by an employee who has expert knowledge of the process to be audited.

 

External audit
In an external audit a SAM QA auditor will audit your organization. The objective can be to establish whether your organization conforms to the ISO standards or any other standard.
An external can also be performed if you want to have an objective opinion on processes in your organization. In that case an external audit can for instance be focused on all the processes in one of your business units.

 

Supplier audits
A supplier audit will provide information about your supplier’s quality management. The basis for a supplier audit can be a contract or a quality management system, based on your query. Supplier audits will typically be performed with employees that have sufficient insight in the contract.
